There might not be many famous people and T.V. shows in Rhode Island, but I found some people.
Family Guy
Family Guy is one show that has to do with Rhode Island. Quahog is one of Rhode Island's state symbols, and Family Guy happens to take place there. Quahog, Rhode Island is not a real city though. It is an animation television series created by Seth MacFarlane. It is about the Griffin family, including Peter and Lois, and their children Meg, Chris, and Stewie. They also live with there dog, Brian. It is in the Fox Broadcasting Company. It also shows on Cartoon Network's "Adult Swim." It has been nominated for many awards, such as an Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Award. THIS SHOW IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN FOR INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT. PARENTS SHOULD GUIDE THERE CHILDREN WHETHER TO WATCH THIS SHOW OR NOT. IT IS RATED FOR TEENS 14 AND OLDER. Most of the voice actresses and actors are also born in Rhode Island. Family Guy is a very popular show around the U.S.
